Key Performance Areas:
- Accurately process inquiries and orders received via telephone, mail or digital way to complete the order entry process.
- Provide timely response to questions, concerns, and requests from our distributors and sales force pertaining to activities
- Coordinate information regarding orders, standard quotes and related questions with all relevant areas of the company to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide RGA, Invoices, Scheduling information, Credits, Debits as well as other information pertaining to the CS activities
- Implement company services policies, philosophies and directives accurately and professionally when dealing with customers, distributors and our sales force to meet sales goals
- Provide input into the customer service process to deal with problems and to ensure efficient and quality service
- Assist the other associates as needed to ensure prompt quality service and/or assist with other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
- Maintain professional demeanor in all types of verbal and written communication to the customer service attitude
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling the switchboard requirements as needed to ensure prompt responsiveness to phone inquiries
- Assist in other projects of the sales and marketing department as needed
Profil
- Multi-tasking skills necessary to handle numerous and varied detailed tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets to complete detailed data-entry at high proficiency level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure technical environment
- High school education or equivalent. Additional and continuous education is highly suggested.
- Previous customer service experience in a high-volume call center within the industry preferred
- Available to work flexible hours to cover required business hours. Additional hours as required to meet customer needs
