Account Manager
We are looking for an account manager for our client: someone who enjoys being on the road and is willing to support a large national customer base.

Fonction
- Visit customers in Belgium and Luxemburg to maintain the customers
- Tracking performance and sales metrics on periodic basis
- Making outbound calls to customers and potential ones informing about promotions, new product releases and demonstrate products if necessary
- Maintain a good relationship, work on a good long term relationship and give them all the support they need to sell our products
- Ready to find new opportunities within traditional and new sales channels
- You take orders, check their stock, give recommendations, answer on their technical and commercial questions , help with their facing in the shop if needed, present new products , propose special promotions for a specific customers, inform them about national campaigns , help them if they have a complaint, ...
- You train the customers ‘employees
- Participate on their special customer events
- You follow up the customer , make propositions and quotes , do the necessary administration
- You participate on trade fares and do hands on work when necessary eg build up the booth
- You do the research on their websites (make sure we are well represented eg) , do research in Qlickview and so on ..
Profil
- Possesses an energetic, positive attitude, open and honest character
- Min 2 to 3 years of experience of selling on the road
- Very good French and Dutch speaking and writing, English : good speaking
- Able to work with excell (basic) and familiar with the use of CRM (Salesforce, etc)
- Well organized (time management within larger geographic area )
- Flexible
- Technical interest /mindset
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
